Yeah accent and some words differ between America and UK obviously :) Though UK differs alot between Cities also. Like my accent is "Geordie" so we say things different.

Example:
Reet = Right
Gannin = going
Cheers = thanks
we may say such... Areet mate? which is i guess like "hey how are you friend?"
