If voting changed anything they would make it illegal? Well-the REpublican Party, backed by Greedy billionaires, in america, are making it illegal...but only for minorities, the poor, the elderly, students....so I would conclude-voting must matter some. But I ask-what kind of democracy discourages citizens from voting? A sick one. a dying one. And where is the outrage from the conservatives for taking away the Vote? There is none.
